Interior lights: four recessed 4” ceiling lights, wired to smart switch and controlled at switch or on control app
Outlets on every wall, and even one where you would hang a television, with wire chase for convenience
One wall outlet is a smart outlet and connects to controller app

Each studio has an acoustic sound wall on the main door wall, installed vertically
